About

I've spent a decade at the intersection of strategy and articulation, helping businesses get clear on what they're building, why it matters, and how to communicate it in a way that actually holds up.

My background spans company ownership, executive advising, institutional partnerships, and fundraising. But what I'm really hired for is the thing underneath that: I see patterns quickly, ask the questions that help people get unstuck, and shape strategic clarity that makes decisions feel coherent. Not just in the room, but over time.

Becoming a mother quietly reshaped how I think about ambition and responsibility. I'm not interested in work that performs well on paper. I care about building things that are sustainable — financially, culturally, personally — and I choose partners and roles that share that standard. I believe business can be a vehicle for meaningful impact when it's built with real awareness of the people it affects.

That belief doesn't soften the work. It sharpens it.
